You may be
required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. If the delivery company is unable to deliver and you do not contact them, a £10 re-delivery charge will be incurred.

Please
remember to include your Customer Number (if known), your full
name and postcode when corresponding by email.
We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address when the order has been shipped. You will be contacted if the order is likely to take any longer.

This is a standard for all order upto the weight of 10kg some small items are shipped via Royal Mail most orders are shipped by City-Link if your order is shipped via City-Link you will be emailed once shipped with a tracing number
